Beat Depression Without Drugs

seems like most people are depressed these days. It can be physically painful. So what do they do? They get on anti-depressants and, for the most part, it doesn't do any good or makes them worse. Could there be a way to get out of depression fast without drugs? Yes, there is.
I was depressed. It was becoming painful and I had thoughts (not plans) of suicide. That is, it would occur to me during the day that if I were not alive my pain would be over.
I did a lot of research and I talked to people. I found a formula that worked for ME and very quickly. It is so easy and cheap and has zero side effects.
Buy a bottle of Omega-3 EPA & DHA. These are the ingredients in fish oil that help to erase depression and do all sorts of great things for us such as wash out our arteries. Find a brand that shows not 1,000mg on the label (which is most brands) but has at least 2,000mg with 2 softgels. The strongest brand I've found is NSI (Nutraceutical Sciences Institute). I take 2 per day. The next and final supplement is not well known anymore because of an incident with one batch of it decades ago causing it to be removed from store shelves for over 20 years. It is called Tryptophan.
(the first part sounds like 'trip', the second part sounds like "fan." Take one per day. I buy this on www.vitacost.com. If you are on anti-depressants, wean off of them gradually. Start taking one every Other day. Start these two products right away and do not miss a day.
